Empty-Blue-Wall-Room

If you read my blog, chances are you know about our notorious empty room. Someday we hope to have a dining room table or a baby grand piano in it, but for a while it will probably remain empty. Well.....get excited people, we have put our first piece of furniture in it. I am so pleased, that I actually willing walk through that room now.

Here is the before.


Why, yes, that is a sketch tacked up on the wall of my hopes and dreams of what the room will someday look like.


Here is the new piece of furniture. We found it at this awesome whole-sale furniture warehouse that just recently opened to the public. The furniture there is so amazing! And the prices are about a third of what you would pay at a furniture store.





Because I love seeing pictures of interior design, and people's homes, I am working on putting together a little photo-tour of our new house. Maybe this weekend I will get it done.
